How much does Christmas light installation cost in Austin?
It depends on your roofline length, roof height and the extras you choose, so we measure instead of guessing. Enter your address and our designer pulls your home's outline from satellite and city building data, measures every edge, and builds a line-item proposal in about 2 minutes. Lights, install, repairs, takedown and storage are always included.
When should I book?
Install season runs from early November to mid-December. The week before Thanksgiving and the first two weeks of December fill up first. Booking early gets you your preferred date and the best chance of being lit by Thanksgiving.
Do I buy the lights or rent them?
Seasonal packages use commercial-grade lights that we provide, maintain and store, so there's nothing to buy or keep in your garage. Want to own your lights? Ask about our purchase option during your design visit.
Will installation damage my roof or gutters?
No. We never use nails, staples or screws. Everything attaches with clips made for shingles, gutters and ridgelines, and comes off clean in January.
Do I need to be home on install day?
No. We only need access to an outdoor outlet. We text you when we arrive and send photos when we're done.
What happens if a bulb or strand goes out?
Text us a photo. We fix it within 48 hours at no charge, all season. If we miss that window, you get $50 off next year.
When do the lights come down?
Takedown starts the first week of January, or on a date you choose. Everything is labeled for your home and stored until next season.
What is permanent lighting?
Low-profile LED track mounted under your roofline. It's nearly invisible by day and controlled from an app at night, with any color, any schedule, all year. We install it any time of year, so spring and summer are great times to book.
Do you light businesses and HOA entrances?
Yes. We light storefronts, restaurants, offices and neighborhood entrances across Greater Austin. Call us for an on-site walkthrough and custom quote.
